December 22 Week IV Camaro/Mustang Challenge

Whoa Nelly!!! This Series Is A Tuffy!!!
We have gotten so good, and so serious, we forget this is fun!
Any Mistake Is Felt Throughout The Shop. Kilroy, The Turkey, Barry and Gunter Had A Tough Night. It's getting more difficult to make up a place as most are getting very comfortable with their cars' abilities. Still, the fallout of some trying to run with a faster car have caused detrimental results for both involved. Pitbull is really dialing in her wicked ride. She pulled out a 5.58 second fast lap, her best to date. Haywood is impossible to catch, and The Closer is showing his return thru stablity, a characteristic he was known for at Freighthouse Square.
Week 4 is going to be a heater!
WEEK 5 will start with the final Camaro Group running followed by the final Mustang Group running. Then the numbers will be tallied, throwing out the low and averaging the remaining scores. Results will determine the top three Camaros and the top three Mustangs.
THE FINAL RACE WILL BE THE SHOOTOUT BETWEEN THOSE SIX.

Well, to say the evening was stressful, is certainly an understatement. The MNL Series has become a pool of sharks waiting for the first sniff of blood. Talents have improved tremendously. It was great to have The Closer back among us. He used the excuse that he was busy studying for work related exams, HA, I think he was practicing somewhere! He hasn't missed a beat. He is the first to lose a wheel and somehow hide it inside the car and still win the heat! We separated the Mustangs from the Camaros and I must say, the Mustangs of Kilroy (The Rock) and Barry were rockets. Kilroy is unstoppable. His steady ways are stealthy and dependable. Barry had, I believe, the fastest time in one heat and was running in lane 6. Get some dependable heats and he will conquer. I think the Mustangs might be a little more nimble than the Camaros. Of course they don't drive themselves, but the times were nearly 1/2 a second faster than the Camaros. So, add driver ability and nimbleness and when the final round occurs, it's gonna be a dewsy! The most consistant racer was Brune Hilde with matching totals for both races, Fishman showed he could certainly hold his own, and I believe after week 2, he will be in the top 3 Camaros. The Turkey decided to push his car to find it's limits, and as always, he's strategizing. The Glove had to run home and I think it wore him out when he returned, but I know how well he drives, he'll be back. Pitbull had The Fastest Car By Far. Once she figures it out, she will be a real challenge. Grumpy had a very solid run, and I suspect he'll be winning heats soon. Mr.Z already holds the 4th position, and I think with consistency, he will also prevail. Hazard has a solid car and just experienced some bad luck. I feel his son gets his rock solid ability from pops, and I expect to see it soon. Army Wife has to find her focus. She has shown signs of it, and I commend her for packing up the crew and luggin' 'em down here for racing. She can be stable and rank in the upper slots with a little more track time. I thank Old Man Dave for his willingness to jump into this new series. It is the best way to learn, being among a very competitive group. Get laps and watch the elite and learn. I am so happy to have an evening of racing of this caliber. I have never felt the butterflies I felt during the first three heats. I know you sharks are hungry and ready to strike. I have a new strategy. I'm just trying to find where I put it.
